Three movies you must watch about basketball.

In our contemporary time, there is a lot of basketball movies, most of these films are good and will help you push your game to the next level. However, as you don't have time to watch them all, the question is, what are the best of these movies?
Today, we'll show the three movies that we think are the best, these films will not only open  your eyes about some basketball's fundamentals, but will also get you motivated.

White men can't jump.

Sidney Deane(Wesley Snipes) and a group of streetballers are playing a pickup basketball game. When one of the players on the other team got injured, Sidney makes his opponents to pick Billy Hoyle(Woody Harrelson), a white bystander, to take the injured guy's place, figuring he cannot play well because of his race. Billy proves to be better than Sidney, leading his team to beat Sidney's and later beats Sidney in a "Best out of five/top of the key" game.

I can't say more about this great movie, otherwise, I will be spoiling for you. This film will help you to see that you can play basketball even if nobody thinks you can, it's all about what you believe. And yes white men can jump(Say Hi to Blake Griffin).

Love & Basketball.

The film tells the story of Quincy McCall (Epps) and Monica Wright (Lathan), two next-door neighbors in Los Angeles, California who are pursuing their basketball careers before eventually falling for each other. But within a year, with both of them playing ball at USC, Quincy's relationship with his father takes an ugly turn, and it leads to a break up with Monica. Some years later, their pro careers at a crossroads, they meet again. It's time for a final game of one-on-one with high stakes.

Coach Carter.

From my humble point of view this film is the best basketball film ever! It is based on a true story.

Richmond High School basketball coach Ken Carter portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson, who made headlines in 1999 for benching his undefeated high school basketball team due to poor academic results

I won't tell more about this movie because I need you to watch it, every baller who like movies should have see this movie.

BONUS: Slam Dunk.

If you like anime, or you just want to start, this is the one I suggest you to watch.

Sakuragi Hanimichi a first-class trouble maker, who just got to Highschool where he fell in love with Haruko, a young girl passionate about basketball. Trying to impress her, he join the basketball team. He's a great jumper and has a great body for basketball, but he knows nothing about the game, that's what makes him work so hard to help his team get to the inter-high.

This anime will take you on a trip to visit all basketball basics you might forgot with time, from dribble to dunk, Hanamichi does his best to become a better player.

And you: what are your favorite movies? are they the same as us?
